Tempranillo 90%, Viura 10%.

This wine is made using the traditional carbonic maceration method, which also known as “Primer” meaning the first wine of the year to be made. The harvest is carried out by hand in vineyards in Labastida. Entire bunches of grapes (including the stem) are put into a concrete tank. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Terracotta red with blue tones.

Aroma: Red fruits, strawberries and raspberries. Hints of roses and violets.

Taste: Silky and warm. Smooth with good acidity.
