From the "Espilver" and "El Convento" vineyards over 45 years old located in Labastida. The grapes are harvested by hand and put into 14 kg crates. Malolactic fermentation in new 500-litre American oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 24 months inside the same oak barrels.
Colour: Cherry red with a ruby rim.
Aroma: Black fruits, coffee, smoked, minerals and hints of forest aromas.
