Pairing: Cured Spanish meats, Iberian cured ham, red meat, casseroles and chocolate desserts.

The grapes are harvested and rigorously selected by hand from the oldest vineyards and put into small cases. The wine is then fermented in oak vats and aged in small oak barrels for 16 to 17 months.
Colour: Bright, bold cherry red.
Aroma: Ripe fruit compote and fruit of the forest which are well integrated with the barrel.
Taste: Powerful and elegant. Strong presence of fruits soaked in liquor and cocoa.
