From the "Cuba Negra" vineyard, over 100 years old, located in Labastida. The grapes are harvested by hand and put into 14 kg crates. The wine is macerated for 24 hours. Fermentation in 750-litre Austrian oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in the same barrel, 6 of them on its lees.
Colour: Pale yellow with golden notes.
