This wine is made using the traditional Carbonic Maceration method, which also known as “Primer” meaning the first wine of the year to be made. The harvest is carried out by hand in vineyards in Labastida. Entire bunches of grapes (including the stem) are put into a concrete tank. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.
Colour: Cherry with violet hues.
Aroma: Blue flowers, wild fences, fallen leaves and balsamic aromas.
Taste: Fruity, juicy and refreshing. Raspberry and menthol.
